    摘要：目的 研究出入境人员疟疾防控措施。方法对全球部分地区出入境人员疟疾流行现状及赴疟疾疫区人员的疟疾防控措施进行综述。结果多个已消除或控制疟疾的国家由境外输入的疟疾病例大幅增长。应从加强健康教育、个人防护、预防性用药、病例筛查及规范治疗等多项措施对出入境人员进行疟疾防控。结论我国需加大力度，从多方面着手建立有针对性的出入境人员疟疾防治方案。

    Epidemiological status and preventionstrategies of malaria among international travelers

    Abstract:   Objective  To study the preventive and control measures among internationaltravelers.  Methods   The current malaria situation,preventive and control measures among international travelers wereoutlined.  Results   Significant progress has beenmade during the Global Malaria Eradication Program in the pastdecades. Measures including health education, anti-mosquitoprotection, chemoprophylaxis, case screening, canonicalcase-management were recommended.  Conclusion  Great efforts should be made to work out pertinent scheme onmalaria prevention and control among international travelers.
