    摘要：目的 监测并分析进出口水产品中的霍乱弧菌。方法采用传统两步增菌，平板划线，分离可疑单菌落，VITEK 2Compact全自动微生物鉴定仪、普通PCR、实时荧光定量PCR和血清凝集试验确认分离菌株。结果从水产品样品分离的菌株全自动微生物鉴定仪鉴定结果相似度达97%，普通PCR和实时荧光定量PCR检测为霍乱弧菌，ctx毒素基因检测为阴性，血清凝集试验为非O1非O139群霍乱弧菌。结论从水产品中检出霍乱弧菌非流行株，但仍需要加强主动监测，预防疫情的暴发。

    Abstract:   Objective  To monitor and analysis Vibrio cholerae from import and exportaquatic products.    Methods   Thesuspicious single colonies by traditional two step enrichment andflat crossed separation was adopted. After isolation, thesuspicious single colonies were identified by VITEK 2 Compactautomated microbe identification analyzer, common PCR, real-timePCR and serological tests.  Results    Theprobability of the isolated strain was 97% by VITEK 2 Compactautomated microbe identification analyzer. It was detected asVibrio cholera by common PCR and real-time PCR and the primer andfluorescent probe were from industrial standard. The virulence genectx in the isolated strain was not detected by common PCR. It wasconfirmed as non-O1 and non-O139 Vibrio cholera by serumagglutination test.   Conclusion   Although onenon-epidemic strain of Vibrio chloerae was detected from themonitoring aquatic products, the monitoring work should bestrengthened for epidemic prevention.
